Many of the employers also find it absurd when freshers put in more skillsets than some of the experienced candidates in their company and believe that these candidates will not perform well in the long terms. She also advises on creating multiple resumes for multiple jobs if you have more than one skillset which you would like to bank on.
Most candidates also find it hard to get through the initial tests which requires a set of know how on how the interview progresses. A company specifica on training people for skillsets, assuring a 100% job placement is rare to find.
